Ashley and Gabe were such a sweet and laid back couple. We loved capturing the lovely details and unfolding story of their day together. Ashley’s mother was their wedding coordinator and they were able to pull off a flawless and memorable event! The couple chose to see each other in a sweet moment before the day’s events really got going, and it allowed so many incredibly relaxed and beautiful moments. One of our favorite parts of the day were when we were about to circle back around the Ledges State Park to the canyon entrance for additional photos with the wedding party. But, instead, the couple chose to walk through the underwater foot bridges winding back toward the entrance (which wasn’t a short walk on a 90-degree day). Ashley went barefoot and this was a pretty spectacular decision to ensure they had more time together on their wedding day. We also loved that their favorite meal was breakfast and so they served it at their reception dinner! The hanging flowers from the tented ceiling cascaded so beautifully above the long tables. I am totally in love with the organic feel of the bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets still!
