Couple: Taylor & Michelle
Michelle and Taylor wanted to keep their wedding super simple and all about sentiment. It wasn’t about centerpieces or grand gestures, but the tiny meaningful things. Michelle wore Taylor’s mother’s wedding headpiece and veil, and the flowers in her bouquet not only came from her mom and dad’s garden, but her own father arranged her bouquet. They also choose to leave Raleigh and return to Michelle’s hometown in rural North Carolina to have their low key wedding where their guests dined on homemade bbq and where Michelle asked her grandmothers and aunts to bring their favorite desserts for everyone to enjoy. Of course, everyone also enjoyed the delicious mountain’s wines from Parker-Binns Vineyard and along with the mountain sunset. The couple even relaxed as they swayed in hammocks which they had placed throughout the property and played a few games of frisbee – one of their favorite things to do!
