Is there a booking deadline?

No, there isn’t a booking deadline. Once the event is fully booked we will not accept more bookings.

Can I share a stand?

We do encourage exhibitors to have their own space to ensure that the area is maximized for one brand presence, stand sharing will take away for your marketing area and branding.  We also maintain competitive pricing to ensure that all types and sizes of businesses are able to book.

There are limited spaces for booths/scenes which provide a larger space and those areas can be shared as long as the businesses provide a cohesive display and service.

What is provided in the stand area?

The stand space is an estimated 6′ ft. area with a 6′ ft. rectangular table with the option of renting two chairs. We are also happy to provide smaller tables  for Tablescapes at a reduced pricing option. We are willing to work with the needs of exhibitors. Please feel free to contact us regarding exhibitor needs.

We encourage exhibitors to design a creative and inspirational stand for the guests of the show.

The exhibitor fee also includes a company/professional listing in the show directory.

How and when do I pay for my stand?

Payments are accepted via Pay Pal, credit card, and money order.

If payments are not received by the deadline date, then the space reservation will be cancelled.

Is there access to power at my stand?

Yes, once payment for an exhibitor space has been received for a reservation of a space you will need to respond with a power request. There is no charge for this. We encourage exhibitors to bring their own extension cords should there be a need for electricity.

Is there WiFi at the expo?

We do provide WiFi at the venue but exhibitors are still encouraged to provide their own internet connection devices at the events.

When is set up and break down?

Set-up is on Sunday between 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Break down begins at the conclusion of the show and lasts until 7:00 p.m. Please ensure you are committed to the event from 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors will not be able to leave until 6:00 p.m. at the conclusion of the event.

If your set-up requires more time than what is allotted, please let us know so that arrangements can be made.

How do we hang signs or banners up at our stands?

The venue does not allow any materials or any type of structure to be attached to the walls. Your space does not have any walls, partitions or dividers. We encourage the use of easels, frames or any free standing displays.

Is parking available for exhibitors?

Yes, the facility does provide parking for exhibitors and free valet parking for guests.
